How is LightCleanse™ solution applied to surfaces?

  • LightCleanse™ nanoparticle TiO2 Ultra Thin Film coatings are delivered in a water based solution.
  • This solution can be applied to substrates in many ways; brushed, dipped, rolled or sprayed. For optimal nano-particle size,  spraying is best, and the finer the spray mist the better.
  • Our most portable, flexible delivery system is the 300ml hand held trigger spray, pictured above. Prices start at £79.99
  • We use electrostatic spraying for surfaces that require specialist applications for optimum results.
  • While other methods and spray units are more than acceptable, for applying to non hydrophobic surfaces (meaning surfaces such as glass) TiO2 should only be applied via an electrostatic spray unit (20-40micron spray) shown above, or our specialist 5 micron spray gun,  shown below.

Full training, service and maintenance contracts are available on specialist spraying systems.

Please ask us for a quote for 5 and 21 litre containers. Prices vary according to quantity and ship method.

So that's the how.

Where can it be applied? Pretty much anywhere actually. The exterior of any building, or any object big enough and valuable enough to require cleaning, or with an odour, mould, fungi or bacteria issue. Perhaps not historic buildings like the Taj Mahal or the Pyramids, but functional buildings, new or old, hospitals, offices, hotels, bridges...anything you can imagine...

...also the inside of just about any building. How many buildings have bad odours or sick building syndrome and would benefit from this treatment?

Then, interior spaces that absolutely MUST be clean and free from bacteria and viruses. Hospitals, medical centres, child care centres, care homes, labs, again it's a very long list.

Farms, warehouses and cold stores containing fresh, chilled or frozen foods, or flowers. The reduction in bacteria means the food and flowers last longer, did we mention that?

...and of course moving vehicles. Boats, planes, trains and automobiles.

And in addition to glass, here are some of the other surfaces we can treat.
